AITIVE / PRIVACY
Privacy policy.
This policy explains how AITIVE handles information when you use our creative planning workspace, upload references, and request AI-assisted work.
Effective and last updated: September 18, 2026
Service: AITIVE · www.aitive.com
Privacy contact: hello@aitive.com
Alternative contact: woorara@nate.com
01Information we process
- Account information: account identifier, email address, display name, profile image, and authentication information supplied by the sign-in service, where available.
- Creative work: messages, prompts, project names, planning documents, uploaded files and references, generated images or other outputs, edits, and project history.
- Technical information: request and job identifiers, timestamps, browser and device information, IP addresses in hosting or security logs, usage records, and error information needed to operate the service.
- Connected services: information and authorization credentials required for a connection you choose to enable. The information available depends on the permissions granted and the feature used.
02Why information is used
We use this information to sign you in, save and restore your work, process attachments, respond to requests, generate and edit creative outputs, provide selected integrations, manage access and usage limits, investigate failures, prevent misuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.
Content needed for an AI or research request is transmitted to the relevant service provider. This may include selected files, extracted text, images, audio, prompts, and relevant conversation or project context. Please only provide material you are entitled to use and information needed for your request.
03Storage and retention
AITIVE uses browser storage for local work and preferences, and cloud storage or databases for account information, synchronized projects, uploaded assets, and processing records. Clearing browser data does not delete cloud copies, and archiving a project or moving it to trash is not the same as permanent deletion.
Saved account and project information is retained to provide ongoing access to the service and your work. There is no single automatic expiration period for all saved projects. You can use available deletion controls or contact us to request deletion of account, project, and associated cloud data. Temporary processing data, service logs, and provider-held copies have separate lifecycles; deletion of an on-screen item should not be assumed to remove every associated copy immediately.
When handling a deletion request, we may verify account ownership and explain any remaining data, applicable legal retention requirement, or technical limitation.
04Service providers and international processing
The services involved depend on the feature you use and the providers configured for that feature:
- Google / Firebase: authentication, cloud databases and file storage; Google AI services may also process requests for enabled analysis and generation features. Google privacy policy.
- Vercel: website hosting, request execution and operational logs. Vercel privacy policy.
- OpenAI: enabled text, image, document, audio or other AI processing requested through AITIVE. OpenAI privacy policy.
- Additional enabled media and research services: services such as Kling, Seedance, Topview or Tavily may receive the inputs needed for the specific video or research operation. Availability depends on the selected feature and configuration. Contact us if you need the provider details for a particular request.
Providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and other locations used by their infrastructure. Their processing, retention and subprocessors depend on the service and account terms. This policy does not promise that every provider immediately deletes inputs or uses identical data-handling settings.
05Pinterest references and proposed API access
The current reference feature lets you enter Pinterest links and view official Pinterest previews. AITIVE stores the link and your project context; the official preview is served by Pinterest. Loading or opening that preview allows your browser to connect to Pinterest, which processes technical information under its own privacy policy.
Pinterest account API access is subject to approval and is not represented as already available. If an account connection is made available, it will use Pinterest authorization and the permissions presented in that flow. We do not request your Pinterest password or session cookies. You can manage or revoke an authorized connection in Pinterest settings.
The proposed initial integration is reading the authenticated user's own Pins and boards with attribution and links to the originals. Pinterest API information is subject to Pinterest's restrictions on storage, third-party sharing and reuse. An external AI generation workflow using API-derived material requires separate clarification and any required authorization from Pinterest; API approval alone is not treated as permission for that workflow.
06Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose which information to upload, manage available project and sharing controls, clear local browser storage, and revoke external service permissions. Disabling browser storage or disconnecting a service may prevent related features from working.
For access, correction, deletion, export, or questions about a particular processing operation, email hello@aitive.com or woorara@nate.com. Include the email used for your AITIVE account and enough information to identify the request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive documents. We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing or changing account information.
07Security and sharing
AITIVE uses HTTPS and account-based access controls for protected services. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. If you use a sharing or export feature, the recipients and external services you select may receive the shared material. Review the content and destination before sharing.
08Changes and contact
Updates to this policy are published on this page with a revised date. Questions about AITIVE's handling of your information can be sent to the privacy contact above.
